What is your return policy?

Due to contamination concerns, we have a strict no-return policy for all food items. If damages occurs during shipping, please contact our customer service immediately.

Policy Details:

All food sales are final, unless the product itself is defective. Special Circumstances includes quality issues (e.g., spoilage, damages during shipping), please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receipt via email and please make sure to include pictures of the damage which is required to process a refund or replacement prior to disposing of the damage items.

Do you ship to my area?

We ship anywhere within the United States. Free Shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 states / the lower 48 states.

Can I make suggestions for products?

How do you deal with shipping during warm months?

Please do not be alarmed if items arrive in a state of thawing (which may happen if your area is quite warm at the time of delivery), as there are no animal-based ingredients that pose a health risk of going bad by being exposed to some heat during the final part of delivery. As long as this item is shipped to arrive within 2 days and has cold packs/dry ice added, it will be adequate to consume even if it is not completely chilled when it arrives. Items may begin to warm up on the 2nd day in transit if they are transported in warm trucks or are being delivered to hot areas. So long as you ensure proper delivery in this time frame and have selected cold packs or a cold shipper box the items will only warm up for a short period at most and will stay cool for the bulk of the journey to you.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship outside the United States but hope to as we grow!

Can I place an order by phone?

Unfortunately, you can only place orders on the website. If you are having trouble please email us at info@beleafvegan.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

How is shipping determined?

Shipping methods are determined by your geography. It is strongly advised you select shipping within 1-2 days to ensure the quality of your perishable shipment. Store credit will not be issued to orders selecting longer than 2 days. Please select your shipping method at your own risk.

Can I modify or cancel my order once I place it?

Our responsiveness to your order prevents us from being able to modify or cancel the order once placed. Please contact us through info@beleafvegan.com regarding your order.

What days do you ship?

In order to ensure the best possible quality for your delivery we ship any day from Monday through Wednesday of each week.

Is there sales tax on my order?

Sales tax is calculated based on the state we are shipping to and is placed onto your order total when you check out. Please note that the sales tax is not part of the listed price for our products on Beleaf's website.

Does your store locator work in real time?

The store locator may appear inaccurate because it doesn't operate in real-time. Instead, the store listings on our locator are determined by the frequency and most recent purchases from each store.

We understand the importance of convenient access to our plant-based products and are actively expanding our distribution to a wide range of supermarket retail locations. We are working hard to make our products more accessible to you.
