  1. Thaw pre-cooked bacon strips in the refrigerator overnight or submerge inside package in hot water bath for 5 min. If using a hot water bath make sure to dry off excess water.
  2. Chop the bacon strips.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the oil. When the oil is hot, add the chopped bacon to the pan. Sauté, stirring occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat.
  4. To make the dressing: Mix all ingredients until smooth, adding a couple of spoonfuls of water as necessary to thin it to a drizzling consistency.
