Our delicious vegan ribbon fish has the taste of seafood and is made with Non-GMO soy-protein that serves as an alternative to seafood.

Non-GMO textured soybean protein, Non-GMO wheat protein concentrate, Non-GMO soybean oil, brown sugar, sea salt, carrageenan, soybean skin, seaweed, white pepper, ginger powder, plant based vegan seasoning.
Contain soybean and wheat.
Fully cooked, Simply Reheat. Preheat pan or grill to medium high, add one (1)teaspoon of oil, then cook both sides for about 5 minutes until it's golden brown.
Pan-Fry, Stir Fry, Deep-Fry, Grill.
Keep frozen for up to 18 months. Thaw in refrigerator before cooking. If frozen, thaw and keep unopened in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
